After completing dissertation that is supervised by Prof. Dr. Aniati Murni Arymurthy (as promotor) and Dana Indra Sensuse, Ph.D. (as co-promotor), Elin Cahyaningsih has been declared as Doctor of Computer Science from University of Indonesia in doctoral promotion or doctoral conferment ceremony in 10 January 2017. Her dissertation is focused on model and strategy to implement knowledge management for government human capital management.
This ceremony is chaired by Mirna Adriani, Ph.D and also attended by examiners, Dr. Eko K. Budiardjo, Betty Purwandari, Ph.D., Yudho Giri Sucahyo, Ph.D, Dr. Indra Budi and Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS.
